All fixes, patches, upgrades and updates for the Software that QPiAI may (in its sole discretion) provide shall be deemed to be the part of and treated as Software provided as a service hereunder. You expressly acknowledge that the Software may include an internal clock function that may cause the Software to become inoperable or inaccessible at the end of the Subscription Term applicable for each selected Subscription Plan and that access to and use of the Software and the Services after expiration of the Subscription Term may be prevented.

The jurisdiction shall lie solely within the courts of Bangalore, India in English and any non-English versions of these Terms, you and QPiAI agree that the English version of these Terms will govern to the extent not prohibited by local law in your jurisdiction.
